We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2023 Cryogenic Engineering Conference (CEC) and International Cryogenic Materials Conference (ICMC) scheduled for July 9-13, 2023, which takes place at the Hawai’i Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawai’i.
The 24th joint CEC/ICMC 2023 conference is expected to attract over 500 scientists and engineers from research laboratories and institutions around the world who are active in cryogenic technology. Among these participants will be many decision-making managers.
The exhibits will consist of product manufacturers and service providers related to the cryogenic industry and will be held in conjunction with the technical conferences. The CRYO EXPO begins on Sunday, July 9, 2023 and ends on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
In order to ensure maximum exposure, the exhibit hall will be the site of all poster sessions, refreshment breaks and the Welcome & Exhibitor Reception to be held on Sunday, July 9, 2023.

For exhibitors purchasing a standard booth space, booth numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out. To select your preferred booth area, please refer to the tentative Exhibit floor plan and include your booth number preference(s) during the registration process. Careful consideration will be given to such requests whenever possible. For standard booths, the booth assignments will be announced on May 3, 2023.
*Premium booths are located throughout the hall and are marked in orange on the floor plan. Exhibitors purchasing a premium booth space must select a specific booth number, based on availability, during the registration process. Payment must be received within 10 business days of submitting the booth registration to guarantee the selected booth number(s).
BOOTH INFORMATION
- All single booths will be 10′ wide by 10′ deep.
- Each booth will be equipped with 3′ high fabric side-rails, an 8′ high fabric back-wall and one (2-line) 7″ x 44″ ID sign.
- Each booth will be equipped with one (1) 6′ draped table, two (2) chairs and one (1) wastebasket.
- Exhibit Hall is not carpeted.
- Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes two (2) Exhibit Booth Representatives*, one (1) Farewell Event ticket and access to the electronic copy of the published CEC and ICMC proceedings. *Exhibit Booth Representatives have access to the exhibit hall, refreshment breaks, the Welcome & Exhibitor Reception and all technical sessions.
- Up to two additional exhibit booth representatives per single booth at $200 per representative.
- Complimentary wireless internet access throughout the Exhibit Hall.
- Access to Exhibitor Lounge.
- Standard booth assignments will be announced on May 3, 2023.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments are accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), check and bank wire transfer. Checks must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a United States bank and made payable to Cryogenic Engineering Conference, Inc. If paying by wire, please contact Centennial Conferences for wire instructions; DO NOT use bank wire information from a previous CEC/ICMC conference. Once payment is received in full, the booth inclusions above will be valid.
CANCELLATION INFORMATION
If written notice of cancellation is received by April 26, 2023, an administrative fee of 20% of the total booth fee will be retained. Cancellations after April 26, 2023, will result in forfeiture of the Exhibit fee.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Nitrogen and Oxygen tanks are allowed on the event floor with prior approval by the Fire Marshal. Helium and Nitrous oxide tanks need to be removed prior to show opening. OSHA requires that all containers be properly labeled and display appropriate warnings. Tanks must be firmly secured in the upright position with valves protected against damage. Nitrous oxide and Oxygen tanks over 250 cubic feet are prohibited. Oxidizing gases (Oxygen or Nitrous oxide) in amounts in excess of 503 cubic feet may only be used in public assembly area under permit for Hazardous Materials. Exhibitors displaying or using hazardous materials must submit notify Centennial Conferences via email no later than April 26, 2023. Any container not clearly labeled will be removed from within the Hawai’i Convention Center, tested and disposed of at exhibitor’s expense.
All special requests should be directed to Centennial Conferences PRIOR to completing the online booth registration. Special requests could be, but are not limited to, needs for cooling water and drains, electrical requirements to accommodate the use of a compressor, chemical mixtures, and liquid hydrogen. If your request can be accommodated and is approved, you will receive confirmation from Centennial Conferences via email and can then register online. Please also complete the Special Needs section during the registration process.

CEC/ICMC 2023 FRAUD INFORMATION
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service provider other than CEC/ICMC 2023 and Centennial Conferences that implies or claims to be the “Official Housing Provider and/or Travel Agency” for the CEC/ICMC 2023. These companies are known in the industry as “pirates”, and aggressively pursue you, or your company, offering to book your hotel reservation, register you for the exhibit or conference, and/or provide you with an attendee list at a discounted rate. They will secure and steal your credit card information along with any other information you provide.
