GROUP RATE RESERVATION PROCEDURE
To make a reservation, click here. To make a reservation over the phone, call 800-367-6025, ask to be connected with the reservations department and when speaking with a reservation’s agent, reference the Cryogenic Engineering Conference.
GROUP RATE RESERVATION DEADLINE
Make your reservation by June 1, 2023 to guarantee the CEC/ICMC’23 special conference rate.
US Government Rate $177 per night plus 17.962% tax.
The government block is currently full. Additional government rate rooms may become available on April 24. Although we have a waitlist for the government rate, we encourage you to book a reservation at the $205 Group Rate in case your request for a government rate reservation cannot be honored. To be added to the waitlist for a government rate room, you will need to agree to the following:
- Be a US government employee with a current/valid US ID. You will be required to present your ID at hotel check-in.
- Agree to stay a minimum of 5 consecutive nights and arrive no later than Sunday, July 9.
- Agree not to contact Conference Management with any requests for pre or post conference stays.
- Agree to contact Conference Management with any cancellation requests. This allows for other attendees on the government rate waiting list to receive the discounted rate.
- Register and pay to attend the conference.
GOVERNMENT RATE RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Please email Conference Management at cecicmc@centennialconferences.com with CEC/ICMC’23 GOVERNMENT RATE REQUEST noted in the subject field. Attach your registration confirmation that shows that full payment has been made. Include in your message your first and last name, organization, the day and date of arrival, and the day and date of departure. If approved, you will receive a link to reserve your hotel room.

DEPOSIT
The hotel will require a one-night room and tax as a deposit in advance to guarantee a reservation.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES/REFUNDS
A one (1) night deposit plus taxes will be due at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made within 72 hours of arrival, a one (1) night penalty plus tax will apply. A no-show charge of two (2) night’s room and tax will apply for individuals who fail to show for their confirmed reservation. The hotels will accept payment in the form of credit card, cash or money order.

When room are booked at hotels that are not within the CEC/ICMC’23 Official Hotel Block
- CEC/ICMC is exposed to penalties for not fulfilling its room block commitments;
- CEC/ICMC risks its ability to rebook preferred meeting hotels and receive reduced rates;
- CEC/ICMC could possibly lose qualification for the amount of space needed at the convention center.

HOUSING POACHING ALERT INFORMATION
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than CEC/ICMC 2023 and Centennial Conferences that implies or claims to be the “Official Housing Provider and/or Travel Agency” for the CEC/ICMC’23. We have been made aware of housing and trade show companies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. These companies are typically trying to secure and steal your credit card information.
CEC-ICMC has negotiated a discounted hotel rate with the Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra for CEC-ICMC’23 attendees. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served space available basis.
Only the CEC/ICMC’23 website will have official housing for the meeting. If you are contacted by any company trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify Paula Pair at cecicmc@centennialconferences.com immediately.
