Supporting CEC/ICMC 2025 gives you and your organization direct access to hundreds of influential experts and key decision makers in the Cryogenic Engineering industry. It is an excellent way to demonstrate your organization’s support of the conference while helping to offset expenses including costs for junior scientists, students and colleagues who could not otherwise afford to attend.
Patrons will be acknowledged as follows: Company name, logo and web link will appear on the CEC/ICMC 2025 website, in conference related informational emails, on appropriate signage displayed during the conference, on pre-plenary session looping slides, and in the proceedings of the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), tentative publication date: Spring 2026. All patrons will receive a ribbon to wear on their name badge.

Exclusive Supporter Opportunities
CEC/ICMC 2025 recognizes that a thriving international network of professional communication is critical to ensuring rapid advancement in magnet technology. Toward this end, CEC/ICMC 2025 welcomes the opportunity to cooperate with other technical societies and organizations in co-supporting or endorsements of special sessions.
Plenary Sessions
Each supported Plenary Session will include the patron’s name as part of the session title in the program book. The patron’s company logo and QR code will be projected on the screen at the beginning of the supported session, and a sign placed at the entry. In addition, verbal acknowledgment will be given by the session moderator, and the patron company will have the opportunity to give a 60-second introduction to the plenary session. Plenary session support is $2,500+ (one exclusive patron per plenary).
Special Sessions (non-plenary)
Special Sessions will be formed to serve as major highlights of the conference in keeping with the interests of the cryogenics community. Memorial Sessions will also be designated, whereby an oral session has been thematically structured to honor the contributions of a departed colleague. Each supported special session will contain the patron’s name as part of the session title in the program book. The patron’s company logo and QR code will be projected on the screen at the beginning of the supported session, and a sign will be placed at the entry to the session. In addition, verbal acknowledgment will be given by the session moderator, and the patron company will have the opportunity to give a verbal 60-second introduction to the special session. Special Session Support starts at $2,500+ (one exclusive patron per session).
Welcome and Exhibitor Reception
The Welcome and Exhibitor Reception, held within the exhibition area on Sunday evening of the conference week, is one of the most well-attended events at CEC/ICMC. Attendees will mingle with exhibitors and each other, greet old friends, and be introduced to new ones. Your support of the Welcome and Exhibitor Reception ensures you are the first to be noticed. The patron’s name will be included in the event title in the program book, and the patron’s company logo and QR code will be featured on reception entry signage. Additionally, the patron company can also bring free-standing banners for placement within the reception area. Welcome and Exhibitor Reception Support is $4,000 (one exclusive patron).
Coffee Breaks
The coffee break support provides you with exclusive rights to the naming and branding of the Monday-Wednesday coffee breaks in the exhibit hall during poster sessions. Your company name will be included in the coffee break title in the program book. Signage with the patron’s company logo and QR code will be displayed at the entry to the coffee break areas. Coffee Breaks Support is $6,000 (single patron or co-supporting opportunity).
Oral Session Electronic Signage
Single-Day Opportunity: Standing kiosks featuring vibrant digital signage will be placed outside of Oral Session room during the conference. This opportunity allows for your company’s logo and QR code to be displayed on all 8 kiosks on either Monday, or Tuesday, or Wednesday, with all oral session patron logos and QR codes appearing on the kiosks outside the Thursday sessions. If a specific Oral Session is supported by another patron, that company’s logo and QR code will appear on the kiosk for that session only. Oral Session Electronic Signage is $1,500 (one exclusive patron per day).
Conference Event Area – Corn Hole
New this year is the CEC/ICMC 2025 Conference Activity Area located in the center of the exhibit hall featuring a Corn Hole tournament! The tournament is open to all attendees during the Welcome and Exhibitor Reception on Sunday and to the exhibitors following the afternoon poster sessions on Monday and Tuesday. The conference will produce the corn hole sets branded with your logo and QR code and these are yours to keep. If you prefer not to pay to ship them home, the conference will assist with a donation to a good cause locally. Corn Hole in the Exhibit Hall is $4,500 (one exclusive patron or co-supporting opportunity).
Exhibitor Lounge
CEC/ICMC 2025 will feature an exhibitor lounge with soft seating and refreshments available during the exhibit hall hours. Your company’s name and/or logo will be displayed on a sign at the entrance to the lounge. Exhibitor Lounge is $4,000 (single patron or co-supporting opportunity).
Wi-Fi Landing Page
The patron’s company logo or advertisement will appear on the landing page for conference attendees accessing the complimentary Wi-Fi at the Peppermill Resort. Attendees are required to login to the Wi-Fi each day of the conference, providing your company with multiple exposures to each attendee. Wi-Fi Landing Page is $2,100 (one exclusive patron).
General Support
Your unrestricted contribution will provide critical general conference support for organizing and implementing CEC/ICMC 2025. General Support starts at $500.
Advertising Opportunities
Lanyard for Badge Holders
One patron logo or patron name will be printed, along with the CEC/ICMC 2025 logo, on the lanyards for badge holders and distributed to all conference participants, exhibitors and guests. Lanyards are $3,750 (one exclusive patron) – SOLD.
Conference Onsite Signage Advertising
The Peppermill Resort has large, state-of-the-art, LED digital electronic signage outside of the exhibit hall. Your company can pay, by the day, to display a single image, looping images, or an MP4 video (without sound). Please click here to see available locations. Conference On-Site Publication Advertising
The Conference Onsite Program Book will be utilized by participants throughout the Conference. The CEC/ICMC 2025 Program Book’s front and back covers will be in color on glossy paper, with the inside text pages printed in color on standard paper. The deadline for advertising opportunities in the Program Book is Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

Advertising Company Advertisement in a Scheduled Conference E-Blast
CEC/ICMC 2025 will email conference related information daily to conference attendees during the conference week. Your company can develop a small advertisement to be included in the conference related email sent to the registrants. Each advertisement will consist of the advertiser’s logo and a 200-word ad. The E-blast advertising is $1,000 per email blast.

All items are listed in US Dollars. Payments must be received to secure the support/advertising item. Partial payments will not be accepted. Payments can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Wire Transfer. Checks must be in US Dollars drawn on a US bank and made payable to Cryogenic Engineering Conference, Inc. and mailed to Centennial Conferences to the address below. For payments by bank wire transfer, a fee of $15 US will be applied; please contact Centennial Conferences for bank wire details.
