The CEC/ICMC 2025 will host a Scientific and Industrial Exhibition, the CRYO EXPO 2025, which will bring together scientists and engineers from the worldwide research community.
The CRYO EXPO 2025 and all technical sessions will be held in the same facility, at the Peppermill. The CRYO EXPO begins on Sunday, May 18 and ends on Wednesday, May 21. The exhibition space will be arranged to provide maximal exposure to the conference delegates during poster sessions, refreshment breaks and the Welcome & Exhibitor Reception, to be held on Sunday, May 18, 2025. The CRYO EXPO 2025 will consist of product manufacturers and service providers related to the cryogenic engineering industry and will be held in conjunction with the technical conference.

EXHIBIT DETAILS
BOOTH RENTAL RATES, BENEFITS & BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
10′ x 10′ Single Booth Fee: $3,000 |
10′ x 20′ Double Booth Fee: $5,500 |
Single booths will be 10’ wide by 10’ deep. Each booth will be equipped with 3’ high fabric side-rails, an 8’ high fabric back-wall, a 44” x 7” ID sign, one (1) 6’ draped table, two (2) chairs and one (1) waste basket. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted. Food and beverage will be available in prominent locations throughout the Exhibit areas.
Exhibit space is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is due in full at the time booth selection is reserved.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INFORMATION
CEC/ICMC Exhibit booth and exhibit representative registrations must be submitted online. Payment is required to secure a booth. An email will be sent to the exhibit company’s contact with information regarding the registration process for the booth personnel.
Additional company exhibit representatives may attend at a $350 per person rate. This option is limited to two (2) additional representatives per single booth. The rate includes access to the Welcome & Exhibitor Reception, Refreshment Breaks, all technical sessions and the Wednesday evening event. Any additional exhibit representatives for the conference or the exhibit will need to register via the online conference participant registration site.
CANCELLATION
If written notice of cancellation is received on or before Thursday, March 13, 2025, an administrative fee of 20% of the total booth fee will be retained. Cancellations after March 13, 2025, will result in forfeiture of the exhibit fee.
DECORATOR & EXHIBIT SERVICE KIT
GES, the official decorator for the CRYO EXPO, will provide the Exhibit Service Kit. It will be made available online via the CEC/ICMC 2025 website, and GES will also email the link to the contact person of each exhibiting company on March 19, 2025.
The Exhibit Service Kit will contain all necessary information required for ordering services from GES and all other selected ancillary suppliers and will outline shipping, drayage and material handling instructions and include pre-printed shipping labels.
Booth furnishings, audio visual, graphics and other fee-based show services can be ordered from GES using the service manual. Electrical services can be ordered through GES.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Nitrogen and Oxygen tanks are allowed on the event floor with prior approval by the Fire Marshal. Helium and Nitrous oxide tanks need to be removed prior to show opening. OSHA requires that all containers be properly labeled and display appropriate warnings. Tanks must be firmly secured in the upright position with valves protected against damage. Nitrous oxide and Oxygen tanks over 250 cubic feet are prohibited. Oxidizing gases (Oxygen or Nitrous oxide) in amounts in excess of 503 cubic feet may only be used in public assembly area under permit for Hazardous Materials. Exhibitors displaying or using hazardous materials must notify Centennial Conferences via email no later than Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Any container not clearly labeled will be removed from within the Peppermill hotel, tested and disposed of at exhibitor’s expense.
All special requests should be directed to Centennial Conferences PRIOR to completing the online booth registration. Special requests could be, but are not limited to, needs for cooling water and drains, electrical requirements to accommodate the use of a compressor, chemical mixtures, and liquid hydrogen. If your request can be accommodated and is approved, you will receive confirmation from Centennial Conferences via email and can then register online. Please also complete the Special Needs section during the registration process.

CEC/ICMC 2025 FRAUD INFORMATION
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service provider other than CEC/ICMC 2025 and Centennial Conferences that implies or claims to be the “Official Housing Provider and/or Travel Agency” for the CEC/ICMC 2025. These companies are known in the industry as “pirates”, and aggressively pursue you, or your company, offering to book your hotel reservation, register you for the exhibit or conference, and/or provide you with an attendee list at a discounted rate. They will secure and steal your credit card information along with any other information you provide.
