Voting opens Sunday afternoon, May 18, 2025.

Ballots will be included in registration packets, handed out at registration check-in. Ballot boxes will be located in the Conference Registration area, in the Speaker Ready room, and in the Exhibit Hall. Please place your vote for the CEC Board Member Election by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

Suggestions of volunteers for candidates to run for the Cryogenic Engineering Conference (CEC) Board are solicited. 1) nominees will be reviewed by the current CEC board to be placed on the ballot, 2) popular vote at the conference is used to elect new members, and 3) selected board members will serve up to a three-conference term on the board (subject to renewal) and are expected to attend all board planning meetings for future conferences.
