Conference Group Rate

• Peppermill Tower Single King Room: US $170 per night 
• Peppermill Tower Double Queen Room: US $180 per night
• Peppermill North Wing Single King (US Government Rate Room): US $138 per night*

Additional Housing Information

• The above rates are exclusive of the applicable taxes (13%) and the $2 nightly tourism fee.
• The $45 per night resort fee will be waived for all CEC/ICMC attendees who reserve their room using the provided group link.
• Please note the hotel will place a $100/night hold on your credit card upon check-in.

*Government Rate

• Guest rooms at the US government rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A US Government ID must be presented at the time of check in. If a US Government ID is not presented, the guest will be charged the room rate shown on the Peppermill website.

Complimentary Hotel Shuttle

The Peppermill Resort offers a complimentary airport shuttle every 30 minutes. The shuttle departs from the airport going to the Peppermill every half-hour, starting at 4:15 AM and continuing until 11:45 PM. This shuttle picks-up at the North exit of the Baggage Claim area. Shuttles from the hotel depart from the valet area outside the Hotel Lobby and runs every half-hour beginning at 4:00 AM. HOUSING POACHING ALERT INFORMATION

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than CEC/ICMC 2025 and Centennial Conferences that implies or claims to be the “Official Housing Provider and/or Travel Agency” for the CEC/ICMC 2025. We have been made aware of housing and trade show companies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. These companies are typically trying to secure and steal your credit card information.

Only the CEC/ICMC 2025 website will have official housing for the meeting. If you are contacted by any company trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify Paula Pair at cecicmc@centennialconferences.com immediately.
