Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than CEC/ICMC 2025 and Centennial Conferences that implies or claims to be the “Official Housing Provider and/or Travel Agency” for the CEC/ICMC’25. We have been made aware of housing and trade show companies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. These companies are typically trying to secure and steal your credit card information.
Only the CEC/ICMC’25 website will have official housing for the meeting. If you are contacted by any company trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify Paula Pair at cecicmc@centennialconferences.com immediately.
