US Government Rate Rooms
ATTENTION – NEW HOUSING PROCEDURE!
A limited number of hotel rooms at the US Federal Government Per Diem Rate ($115+/night) are available at the Madison Concourse Hotel (Note: Hilton Madison Monona Terrace and Best Western Premier Park Hotel are sold out of the Government Per Diem Rate Rooms) and are available on a first-come, first-served basis over the official dates of the conference. DO NOT make your reservation at the group rate prior to emailing Centennial Conferences with your request for the US government rate. Your request must include the following:
- Last Name, First Name
- Affiliation
- Daytime phone number
- Hotel arrival day and date, hotel departure day and date
- Any special requests
Centennial Conferences will contact you within 2 business days to advise as to whether the government rate is available at your preferred hotel and provide instructions as to how to secure the US government rate, specific to that hotel.
Deposit
Hotels may require that reservation requests be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check deposit.
Cancellations/Changes/Refunds
Should a guest cancel a reservation, the hotels will charge the guest for 2 nights stay plus taxes if given less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
