Accommodation / Hotel Information

The Chattanooga Marriott at the Convention Center has been selected as the Conference Hotel for 2007. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown adjacent to the Convention Center where the conference will be held. Convenient to interstates, attractions, dining and nightlife, the hotel is just 11 miles from the Chattanooga airport.

ATTENTION:
Please be advised the that the CEC/ICMC group block has filled at the group rate of $125 for the nights of July 16, 17, & 18. The rate for these 3 nights is now $179.00.

The group rate of $125 is available for the nights of July 15, 19 & 20 only.

If you wish to make a reservation, please CALL the hotel at 1-800-841-1674 or 001-423-756-0002 (int'l) as soon as possible and have a reservationist assist you with making a reservation.
It is not possible to use the online reservation system for booking non-group rate reservations.

Lodging Fees
$125 per night plus 16.25% tax for single, double, triple or quad occupancy.
A minimum number of rooms will be available to the group at the prevailing government per diem.

• Make lodging arrangements early because space is limited.
• All lodging forms, deposit and inquiries should be sent to the Chattanooga Marriott at the Convention Center and NOT to CEC-ICMC 2007 or Centennial Conferences.
• Rates do not include applicable state or local taxes or surcharges. The current tax rate is 16.25% but is subject to change.
• Neither CEC-ICMC 2007 nor Centennial Conferences is responsible for lodging arrangements. However, we will be glad to try to help you resolve any problems you may have.
• Payment of one night’s room and tax must be provided upon making reservations.

  Call 1-800-841-1674 and be sure to mention the CEC-ICMC ’07 group code: CECCECA to ensure the conference rate.

Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail or fax after the deposit is received. Please make sure to write your contact information clearly.

Other Lodging Information

• Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check-out time is prior to 12:00 noon.
• Cancellations will only be accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival date. Within 24 hours of arrival, deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited.
• Departure date changes resulting in a shortened stay at the hotel made after check-in to the hotel are subject to a charge of one night’s room and applicable taxes. To avoid any charges, please contact the Marriott prior to your arrival.

Sharing Rooms

Roommates and guests are the responsibility of each individual. If one person cancels, the other(s) will be charged the full rate.
