During the reception, the Southern Belle, pride of the South and one of the best Chattanooga attractions, will offer two sightseeing cruises along the Tennessee River for CEC/ICMC participates and family members. The first cruise departs at 7:00 pm and returns at 7:45 pm and the second cruise departs at 8:00 pm and returns at 8:45 pm.
SHORT COURSE INFORMATION
Short Courses are priced separately from the Conference Registration Fee(s). All short courses will take place at the Chattanooga Convention Center on Monday, July 16, 2007. Please see the Short Course page for additional information. Space is limited, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Requests to cancel a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences. Pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $75 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received (in writing) by June 18, 2007.
Cancellation after June 18, 2007, will result in forfeiture of the registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment must be in U.S. dollars. CEC/ICMC 2007 accepts Visa, Discover, and MasterCard only. If not using a Visa, Discover, or MasterCard, all checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars and made payable to CEC/ICMC 2007. No other credit cards are accepted. To be eligible for the early registration fee, payment must be postmarked or received by June 1, 2007. If you require an alternate payment option, please contact Centennial Conferences at:
cecicmc07@centennialconferences.com. The pre-registration deadline was June 29, 2007. You must now register on-site. Registration closed at 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, June 29, 2007. Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms had to be received or postmarked by Friday, June 29, 2007 in order to be processed as a pre-conference registration. All registrations received following this date will be processed as an on-site registration.
