Abstract Withdrawal Request

• Submit withdrawal request on or before February 1, 2011 by email to Centennial Conferences.
  
  
• Withdrawal requests after February 1, 2011 must be sent to the appropriate program chairs with copy to Centennial Conferences as follows:
  
  
• CEC: James Fesmire, email
• ICMC: Michael Sumption, email

• Withdrawals during the Conference: please either email (see above) or advise the staff in the Publication Office (room 102CD) at the Spokane Convention Center.
