All participants, including authors and invited speakers of the CEC/ICMC 2011, are required to pay the appropriate registration fees.  The deadline for advance registration is May 27, 2011.

Pre-registration online and by fax/mail is now closed.  All registrations must now be done on-site.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments must be in U.S. dollars. If not using credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover only, AMEX is not accepted), all checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Please make checks payable to CEC/ICMC 2011. If you prefer to mail your registration, please download the registration form, complete and print it and send with payment to Centennial Conferences. If you require alternate payment option, please contact Centennial Conferences.


REGISTRATION CHANGES
Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences (contact information below).

CANCELLATION REQUESTS
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US$75 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail, email, or fax) by Centennial Conferences by May 13, 2011. Cancellations after May 13, 2011 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION CUT-OFF
After Friday, May 27, 2011, please register on-site. Advanced Conference registration will be closed at midnight, MST on Friday, May 27, 2011. Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms must be received by May 27, 2011 in order to be processed as a pre-registration.
