Emailed abstract acceptance notifications will be sent by the end of the business day on Thursday, February 28, 2013.
The first character of the program number, 1, 2, 3, or 4, denotes the day of the Conference, Tuesday (1), Wednesday (2), Thursday (3), or Friday (4), respectively. The second character, E or M, represents the Conference designation, E for the Cryogenic Engineering Conference (CEC) and M for the International Cryogenic Materials Conference (ICMC). The third and fourth characters, Po or Or, denote the type of presentation, poster or oral. The fifth character, A-Z, indicates the session start time, A-C prior to lunch, D-F after lunch. The sixth character, a number, differentiates the sessions within the time period. The dash number denotes the order within the session.
If you need to modify or withdraw your abstract, please submit your request to Centennial Conferences by email and copy the appropriate Program Chair (Franklin Miller, CEC; Robert Walsh, ICMC). Efforts will be made to fill gaps in the program left by withdrawn presentations. You will be notified by e-mail about any modifications to the program that affect the placement of your presentation.
Please refer to the Presentations tab for guidance to prepare poster and oral presentations. Invited, special, and plenary presentations have different time limits than the 15 minutes allotted to contributed oral presentations.
