Pre-registration online and by fax/mail is now closed. All registrations must now be done on-site.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are:
- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover)
- Check (must be drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. dollars and made payable to “Cryogenic Engineering Conference, Inc.”)
- Wire Transfer (contact Centennial Conferences for bank information)
REGISTRATION CHANGES
Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $95 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail, email, or fax) by Centennial Conferences by May 13, 2013. Cancellations after May 13, 2013 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
PRE-REGISTRATION CUT-OFF
After Monday June 3, 2013, please register on-site. Advanced Conference registration will be closed at midnight, Alaskan Standard Time, on Monday, June 3, 2013. Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms must be received by June 3, 2013 in order to be processed as a pre-registration.
