It has been a long standing practice of the Cryogenic Engineering Conference (CEC) and the International Cryogenic Materials Conference (ICMC) to provide travel assistance to a limited number of students presenting papers at the conference.
Selection will be competitive and based upon:
- Submission of an acceptable manuscript per the CEC/ICMC format.
- The technical merit of the manuscript.
Award winners must present their paper at the conference to receive the cash assistance.
In order for the submitted papers to be reviewed and awardees notified in time for them to make travel plans, applications must be received by April 13, 2015. This deadline has been extended for ICMC only applications to April 27.
