Other Lodging Information

Government Rate Rooms
A limited number of government rate rooms over the official dates of the conference are available and will be serviced on a first-come, first-served basis. To make a hotel reservation at the government rate, you must first reserve your room at the conference group rate of $117/night. Once done, you are asked to email Centennial Conferences at cecicmc@centennialconferences.com with your request and your hotel confirmation number. Centennial Conferences will add requests to the government rate request list in date/time order received. When the government block has been filled, all remaining persons on the government rate room request list will be advised that their request cannot be accommodated. As always, you must provide your U.S. Federal Government I.D. card at check in.

Sharing Rooms
Roommates and guests are the responsibility of each individual. If one person cancels, the other(s) will be charged the full rate. Each roommate is asked to check in separately at the front desk and present his/her own method of payment
