Submit Your Abstract

CEC/ICMC 2009 abstract submission is now closed.

Abstract Acceptance/Rejection notifications will be sent electronically by February 13, 2009.

Requests for late submissions should be sent to the appropriate program chairs (see below). Late submitted abstracts will only be accepted at the discretion of the Program Chairs.

For late submission requests, please provide the following in word format:

• corresponding author full name and complete contact information (incl. phone and fax numbers)
• presenting author full name
• abstract title
• list of authors and affiliations/institutions
• abstract content and acknowledgement (if applies)
• submission category (click here to for all categories)
